    Hi Looking forward to getting to know you all!!! I am having my surgery on the 11th of December. I am currently on the preop diet. I had to do 4 weeks but started 2 weeks early so 6 weeks in total. I have lost 9.2kg so far and sitting on 114kg as of this morning. So so so excited for surgery. 28 days to go
