  3. Hello everyone! I was sleeved on July 30th 2018. I’m down 62ibs since then. My weight loss has been going down only about 1-3ib a week and I try to go to the gym 3-5 times a week mostly focusing on weights as cardio is my enemy. I am curious though, what do you guys like to eat for meals and snacks?? In addition how much can you eat in one setting? Do you measure by oz or cup? I don’t necessarily need recipes yet but any helpful general food and snack ideas are greatly appreciated
  4. I’m curious about this as gastric sleeve removed the hunger producing hormone and I never feel hungry. If I went by this rule I’d never eat until I feel my mood switch to hangry
