  1. Hi, I go to NJ Bariatrics Support Group. They used to be in Princeton Junction but are now in Plainsboro. They are affiliated with Univ. of Princeton Medical Center and Dr. Chau is great. There is a seminar for newbies on May 27th at the hospital and the support group meets the first Wednesday of every month at the new Plainsboro office. Hope to see you there!
  2. Hi All  I was banded on Friday, 5/2 and went back to work the following Thursday. It's hard to believe that tomorrow will be two weeks that I was banded. It seems like forever. Today I started eating soft foods. It takes getting used to the small amounts. Sometimes I feel very full after I eat. Wondering if I am eating too much???. I've lost 19 lbs. Hitting the gym walking the treadmill. I have a Vegas business trip coming up. Should be interesting. I go back on June 9th to see if I need my first fill. Good luck everyone!:w00t:
  3. I was banded 5/2 (2 weeks tomorrow) and I've lost 20 lbs. Going to the gym 4 times a week walking on the treadmill. Good luck everyone!
  4. Well, I was banded on Friday. Still can't believe I did it. It was well worth the wait to get here (my first consultation was July '07). Now it's goodbye to yo-yo diets and hello to a new permanent lifestyle. I am learning so much from everyone's posts. Thanks!
