    I’m 27 and had surgery on 10-16. I have a 6 year old and I wanted to be able to live longer and enjoy life with her. Don’t be embarrassed.

    I had the gastric sleeve done on October 16 and I have yet to get all my protein in. I’m extremely nauseas and super discouraged because I can’t get my protein in. I’m struggling finding something that works for me. Any suggestions ?!
