  1. Seems like I may never be able to comply given my situation. Not sure what I can do. If I eat less I go low and then often over compensate to get sugar up
  2. Moreso the diet plan but have been trying now for a year. I am insulin dependent and that confounds appetite and lately I have had lots of low blood sugars which I need to counter by eating extra food
  3. Have been tracked by a professional bariatric surgery medical team for almost a year. Doctor says I am not ready for surgery as I have lost less than 10 pounds and struggling with dietary compliance. I respect his advice but am looking for that extra push to get moving forward. Any positive advice appreciated.
