Hey Girl 😁 First of all congrats to making this first step. Yeey! Believe me it will be so worth it. I'm 23 years old and hand gastric bypass surgery a month ago. I was't sure who I should tell either but in the end it's easiest to just own it. People are gonna comment on your new eating habits anyway. I figured with my friends knowing it would just be easier for me to follow the rules and have a support system. But the most important thing is that YOU feel comfortable.
