    Hi Everyone, I'm frustrated with myself because I haven't lost as much as I expected. I got down to 207 but I've gained about 16 pounds back. I will be at the 18 month mark in October. Has anyone had success losing weight after the 18 month mark if they've made changes? Thanks!
