      Congratulations. I remember that day for me: May 13, 2014. I thought it'd never happen (especially after a 7-day stall at 200.2!!), but it was a "Hallelujah" day! Now...stay on program so you can stay in Onederland. After five years, especially...when ghrelin returns. So stay on track.

      CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!! Onederland is a GREAT place to be.

    I wanted to thank you. I had VGS surgery four months ago and I am doing great. Reading about your experiences made me realize that even though I am a Health at Any Size advocate and a feminist, that it was OK for me to get the surgery if I wanted it.
