  1. Hey guys, I'm not entirely sure where else to turn to, but I need help. I genuinely feel garbage since I have not been strictly following my diet plan. I'm down 56lbs since my last visit(1 week ago today), and I understand that I need to follow the nutritionist's plan, and yet I can't for the life of me break some of these terrible habits. I've never really been one to eat multiple meals throughout the day, I typically wouldn't eat for the day, have one meal, and then that'd be it. Now, I can't do that, obviously, and it is turning into me just not eating, but when I do, it's the wrong thing. I don't eat sweets, in fact, since the surgery my tolerance of sweet things has completely diminished and they make me sick. But I am worried that I am screwing myself up and setting myself up for failure. What do you guys do to make sure you're staying on track? What should I do? I'm starting to honestly feel like this was a bad idea...
