AutumnG got a reaction from Miss Liss in 3 Month Stall. WTF?!
I didn't. I am currently 15 months out and I'm down 83 pounds. Still working towards it, though. Congrats on your weight loss!

Awww! Hon, I'm sorry for the struggle! I've literally been working on the last 20lbs longer than I worked on the first 60-70lbs. It's a process!
Don't self-sabotage cuz then it just sets you back another week. Move forward through it!
Why not shake things up and start doing IF? We have a huge thread on it here. Come join us!!

AutumnG got a reaction from Orchids&Dragons in The Last 20 lbs...
Whhhhhhhyyyyyyyyyyyyyy will these ast 20 lbs not go away?? I am SO sick and tired of my body being disproportionate. It's like, my entire body is a size 12, but my belly is a 16. My skinny jeans don't fit right cause I have to get them bigger around the belly. I just don't know what else to do. I'm working out 3 days a week on average and eating decent. And of course this feeling makes me wanna eat. It's all so stupid.

AutumnG got a reaction from JoanM in Depressed, Scared, and Everything In Between
Hey everyone. This is my first post to this forum. I am one week post op, and I am feeling so down. Of course, my love of food is partially to blame. But, I live alone and I'm pretty much going through this by myself. Yes, I have friends who live far away that are supportive, but I still have the "sads".
I am afraid for a few reasons.
1. I'm afraid that I'm gonna lose my hair. I've grown my locs for 7 years and nothing would be more devastating than to have to cut them off.
2. I'm in the full liquid diet stage and idk what to think. I had cream of wheat, about 6 bites, and I didn't get full (I don't think) but I stopped because I was afraid I would overdo it.
3. I'm extremely tired. Even though I work from home, I'm afraid I won't get through the day on my first day back tomorrow.
4. I'll be starting my Vitamins tomorrow and I'm terrified because nobody seems to be able to tolerate them.
Idk, yall. I just want to live a normal life and I can't see it. I need to see it.
Thanks for listening

AutumnG got a reaction from Aprilgal in Depressed, Scared, and Everything In Between
So sorry your sis is going through this. I, fortunately, only had these thoughts for about 48 hours then I was ok. I would say that she will start feeling better once she sees the weight come off, but she should be seeing that by now. Does she ever say why she regrets it??

AutumnG got a reaction from clsumrall in ❤Summer Body Routines❤
Started working out 2 weeks ago. Surgery was 12/17. Surprised myself when I was able to run (on the treadmill) for 20 mins nonstop. Im now running about 3 miles nonstop in about 45 mins. I tried running outside and did about a mile, surprised myself again lol.
I've focused on cardio to get the pounds down, but just bought resistance bands to help tone. I truly just want to be able to run a 5k on the hilly streets here in Georgia. I am way further along than I imagined. Couldn't run 4 mins straight prior to surgery without having to use my inhaler.
All that being said...3-4 days a week cardio with toning in between is my plan for now.

AutumnG reacted to Danny Paul in Air Fryer
Autumn the wings and salmon came out very good. The wings were better in the air fryer than when I bake them. The salmon was a little better when I broiled it in the oven but, both were good in the air fryer. Just put a piece of parchment paper on the bottom of the fryer for easy cleanup.
