  1. Welcome! Congratulations on taking this big step in improving your weight and changing your life. I'm sure you will meet your goal.
  2. @AEdoesRnY That is very nice. Thank you for sharing. I might just give my dr a call as well. I'm glad you posted about this topic because I didn't think it had anything to do with my surgery. I thought it was from heat.
  3. @AEdoesRnY yes, I still have it. It actually got bigger. I put something on it. I'll watch it for a couple days and if I don't see progress I'm going to call my Dr. I'm glad mine cannot be seen but it's irritating
  4. I did too! My surgery date was 8/2 so we had surgery about the same time. I'm glad you brought this up because I am very curious.
  5. Wooohooo! You look great! Congratulations!!
  6. Lucky you! I feel like a capsule would solve my vitamin woes but I was told by my dr that I cannot take anything whole. So that's not an option for me right now. I'll keep fumbling through until I can find one that my tummy doesn't hate. Also going to start taking them later in the evening and see how that does
  7. I didn't tell a soul either. I do not want to be sized up every time I see someone, or have my food constantly monitored. I feel like it was a personal choice and it's my business and I kept it to myself.
  8. How are u taking the capsule? Are you crushing it? I thought about doing that also and mixing it in a shake but not sure if it will lose potency and might taste terrible.
  9. That's a good idea. I had been taking them mid-day after lunch. Maybe I should wait until later in the evening and see if that helps
  10. I am having trouble with vitamins also. I've tried the chewable tablets and couldn't tolerate the taste. Then I moved on to the soft chews and those worked for about a week then started making me sick to my stomach. I'm hoping I figure something out.
  11. Thank you for the suggestion. I have seen some commercials for Bio Oil so I have heard of it before. I'll look for some.
  12. That's a great way to look at it. Maybe I'll just let nature take its course and see what happens.
  13. How do your scars look now?
  14. Inspiring! I can only hope that I have this much success. You look absolutely amazing.
  15. @ZeroCool I am so sorry you had a bad experience, bit glad to hear you are feeling better. Please keep us posted on how things go today.
  16. Best wishes to you. Please let us know how it goes.
  17. I read this post in tears. I am so sorry that you had to experience this. I will pray that your heart will heal from this event. Be strong and absolutely report it.
  18. Lol OMG, I was hooked on My 600 lb Life also. It's too soon after my surgery to say if I'll give it up for good but not sure it will be the same now.
  19. Hi everyone. I am about 2 weeks post op and my incisions are just about healed. My incisions are small but visible and I am thinking about treating the scars. Has anyone found anything that they like or that works really well?
  20. I take Celebrate soft chews in the multi and iron. I couldn't stand the taste of the others I tried before but these seem to be ok.
  21. Congrats to you. How are you feeling? I found that every day gets easier
