  1. Glad I'm not the only one walking slowly! Thank you for the encouragement! Yeah mine is muscular soreness too. Keep reminding myself to move about and it will get easier. Best wishes with your recovery & change of lifestyle! Xxx Sent from my HTC U11 using BariatricPal mobile app
  2. Maybe in the US but in the UK this isn't the case. Also I wasn't eligible for a sleeve as I'm at the lower end of the BMI scale. I do have a friend who had the sleeve done and it's worked miracles - he looks great and is so much more healthy! I just want to get to a healthy place (inside and out!) Thanks for the good wishes [emoji4] Sent from my HTC U11 using BariatricPal mobile app
  3. Good luck with your weight loss challenge! I only had my surgery on 23rd and I'm apprehensive and excited at the same time. I know I've made a good and positive choice to have this surgery. Here's hoping we get healthier and happier with the work we'll put in! Xx Sent from my HTC U11 using BariatricPal mobile app
  4. Hi everyone! I had my op 4 days ago. Still sore around scars and getting trapped wind pain. Trying to take short walks but finding it a bit of a struggle. Just wondering how everyone else felt pain-wise and what pain meds worked best for you? Also how did starting exercise go? Sent from my HTC U11 using BariatricPal mobile app
