Yeah for whatever reason it goes down better with a little sugar free flavor! Especially in the beginning!

I had surgery on a Thursday and was back to work Monday. I am a Nurse in an office. I’m on my feet and moving around a lot. The first day was rough (exhaustion) but after that it was fine. I appreciated the push to be moving and the distraction from the food lol
