  2. Okay so I am having a really hard time. My surgery is in 3 months but I am having a difficult time choosing the right foods to eat. I used to go out EVERYDAY with my coworkers to get lunch (burgers and fries, burritos and tacos, doughnuts, anything unhealthy I would be going there and buying lunch. So now that I have to stop and choose the right food choices to eat, I am finding it so difficult when I see them leave to go get lunch and I am drinking a protein shake or any other type of meal replacement. Can anyone give me advice on how to get through this "hunger phase"? Motivation to just stick through this process. Sent from my LG-TP450 using BariatricPal mobile app

I keep hearing and seeing stories of people who had major complications or either died after surgery. I am so unsure now if I truly wanna go forward with this. I'm so scared. I am up in arms about this. I will pray and ask God to please guide me and help me to make the right decision. Sent from my LG-TP450 using BariatricPal mobile app

  5. I began my 3 month check ins this month and I have no idea what to eat in order to lose the weight required for me to have this surgery. I was only told 2 meal replacement shakes and 1 small meal a day.... Does anyone have any advice on what those meals could be? Please I have no idea what to eat. I wasn't given a menu plan or anything else. Please share recipes and/or advice. Thank you. Sent from my LG-TP450 using BariatricPal mobile app
