  1. I had a lump in my throat everytime I drank or ate and was experiencing regurgitation, reflux and had to sleep on several pillows to avoid a problem. Waited too long to see my doctor who immediately took some of the fill out of the band. I am 100% better and back to normal. You may need to see your doctor again. Good luck! Bette
  2. Wow, 150 lbs. That is fabulous. Congratulations! I pray I can meet my goal.
  3. Thank you, but I have about the same amount to lose. This is avery interesting experience. I'm learning a lot about myself. How about you?
  4. We love our new lifestyle. Sold our house in July, liquidated everything except what we need in the RV. We bought a 2008 Tiffin Phaeton motorhome and have been very happy with it. Joined Thousand Trails Preserves and stay 21 days then move to another one. Sightsee on the way and the area around the preserve. Meet wonderful people and see great scenery. So fare we are happy with our decision.
  5. Just found this group. Banded March 19, 2007 and have lost 70 lbs. Need the input and info from others. I'm retired and fulltime in our motorhome. Many temptations to eat the wrong food but I've learned it's a real head game with me. I just love food! Have learned a lot on my journey but have much to learn.:crying:
