    I’m 8 days post op of struggling with these shakes. I too am making soups which are nice but I’m craving something I can chew on.

    I’m 8 days post op and struggling with only having liquids. I hate the protein shakes. I can tolerate one choc one and that’s it. I’ve been making soups from fresh which are nice and I use unflavoured protein powder if my soups are low in protein.
