I have had the surgery too. I lost 143 pounds. By not eating and vomiting ALOT I was thinking I was eating too much at once. 3 crackers and a piece of marble cheese did it for me one day. I would be at work and sick. It was getting to be awful. So after 7 years I had the band removed, I was putting weight back on anyway. I feel better, although I am gaining weight. I would like to know who you went to as a lawyer. I do not care about a lot of money, really just want my $16000.00 back. This was to be a life long commitment and after 7 years I am done!!! Please help! I hope you got your money!
