    Hey y'all! I went to the doctor to learn more about my surgery options and my doctor recommended I try an Optifast program first. I have my first appointment to learn more about it in 2 weeks but I'm curious now, lol. Has anyone ever tried it? If so, what were your results? Has anyone ever done the UAB or Princeton program?
