10. its improved because i feel more confident in my clothes again. when i was constantly gaining it became an emotional blow to try on clothes and constantly have to change into something less flattering simply because it fit. as a result, i didnt feel as confident.

congratulation blue phi. i just got banded on the 6th and so far so good. never thought i'd have to go this route but at least its worth it in the end. keep in touch. let us know of your progress.

Congratulations. I am so glad you posted today. My surgery is Tuesday and I am finding myself getting extremely nervous. I make sure to read all the posts whether good or bad. Not so sure if that's a good idea or not at this point. Just want to be realistic and not go into this with rose-colored glasses. Thank you for the positivity you have expressed. Thanks.
