Hi, I am 39 years old and have been fighting my weight for the last 12 years! I have 3 wonderful children and a suportive husband. I have tried every diet on the planet and lose and gain it all back and then some...I am turning 40 this year and promised myself and my family i would get healthy. Im tired of being fat!!
