LAP-BAND Patients

I had lap band surgery on March 30. I have lost 25lbs. I am so tired and weak all the time, any suggestions, is this normal? I go for my first fill tuesday.

Congrats on 25lbs gone!!! That's awesome. My suggestion to you is protein, protein, and more protein. I too was sluggish after being banded and found that I wasn't eating enough protein. I felt soooo much better once I did. Just a thought...best of luck to you!

I agree with ghs, protein should help. Also, if you can get yourself to exercise a little, your body will start to adjust. That may not be possible, but it's another idea.

Good luck!
