My Dr said it’s better to lose hair Months in ,then to lose from the get go .I started losing end of my 4th Month into 5 .Then it just stopped started growing.

I had to do mushy foods 1 week prior I’m 7 Months out 70 lbs wt loss

I have Weeks where I’ll lose nothing then Bam ! 5 lbsIm down 70 lbs .Almost at my goal went from a 16 w to an 8 10 matters cut .

If it where me I would try to go back to a Month out . Portion everything fill the House with all good things try to get back on track .Good Luck

Everyone loses at a different rate .I started at 217 had to lose 5 lost 11 now down to 184.6 Bmi went from 37 to now 31 .I weight my self every Monday as well as measuring Bust /Waist /Hips .Had my Surgery May 21 2018 little over 6 Weeks.

I had Surgery on May 31 down 32 lbs My Dr had me fast the day before Surgery and mush Foods prior to that .All Dr are Different I know someone who has to fast 2 Weeks prior to theirs .My Bmi went from a 37 to a 31 I feel good best decision .

Even 70 grams is a lot think about this that 70 grams was based on a 2000 cal Diet a day lol .We aren’t even getting 800 at times I think the Drs need to re adjust.

Every one is different and loses at a different rate don’t be discouraged.

I had 2 Days prior mush next Day was liquid then of course NPO .Im going on my 4 Week post Tomorrow I feel awesome.I bought a Baby Spoon and small 4 oz container.I set my Phone 30 min chew at least 30 times then Waite 30 sec .Reset Phone another 30 Min till I’m able to Drink .

My Gallbadder was removed last January 2017 have the dumping Syndrome only when I’m not paying attention to what I’ve been eating . I had the Sleeve done this past Monday went to Bathroom today .Dr was curious because most Patient become Constipated nope 👍Was kinda afraid to strain with all these holes in my Stomach.

Meal Prep makes a huge difference,My nutritionists said she wanted me to lose 5 lbs I lost 11 . I had Boiled egg or yogurt for Breakfast, lunch was a salad oil &Vinegar or yogurt.Supper was a frozen Meal prep Turkey,Chix,Fish veg snack cheese stick or Piece of fruit.Had by Surgery this past Monday .
