My Dr says it’s better to lose 3 Months out and farther versus right away . Mine fell out about 5 Months for a few Weeks . I’m now a little over a Year out hardly lose now .

I’m over a Year out , at 4 Months didn’t even reach 500 calories a day 1000 is a lot . I still only do about 700 to 1000 .

May not lose up to 3 weeks will lose inches though measure once a Week don’t be discouraged. You didn’t gain overnight it won’t come off overnight

I used the Patches when I first had my Sleeve done my Blood Work came back Beautiful.Im a Year out I take 1 chewable when I wake up then another about 20 Minutes later seems to Work .Im -85 lbs feel like my old self again .FYI there will be Weeks were you won’t lose a lb but will lose inches don’t be discouraged.

You shouldn’t even be having any kind of bread .I had a half of English 10 Months out and couldn’t finish.Granted all Drs are different stay away from Bread for awhile. I’m a Year out and have maybe a bite of my Husband Sandwich

You can have up to 2 to 3 Weeks no weight drop .You will lose inches so Measure once a Week.Then all of a sudden you will drop 10.Its very rare that it doesn’t work .People fail not the Surgery.

Full bypass I’m talking about ,I work with 2 of them and trust me 6 ft subs plus a container of oodles of noodle for Supper .Trust me I don’t know how they do it either.I had the Sleeve a Year ago and can’t eat more than 6 oz at a time .

Seems to me you never did your research.FYI I know 5 People who have had the bypass and all have gone back to regular eating.All 5 wish they had the Sleeve .I suggest seeing a psychiatrist.

Good to know too about the Ursodial. It hurts my stomach too, but I get it’s a necessary evil. I’m increasing my Protein and Water to see if that will kick my stall to the curb.

It all matters What kinda Job you have some go back the next Day . I took 6 weeks work in Medical .

Not true a know a lot of People who have had Bypass and all 5 of them wish they had the Sleeve . Plus they have all gained back there Weight .

Every Dr is different took me 3 Months all said and done .

Suggestion regrows Beans with some Cheddar cheese was a really good soft food .

I’m 1 Year out I eat 5 very small Meals a Day not more than 4to 6 oz still losing a Pound a Week -85 .Have never thrown up because I don’t push that button ever .
