Well honey! That's what you think! Lol sorry to say but Im 3 weeks out and still havent slept in bed im okay now but 1st and 2nd week, I could lay down the gas pains!!! And stomach!! It was unbearable

I just bought the packet miralax! Its sugarfree! And unflavored so I added it to my crystal light! Will let everyone know how it goes!

Im so happy! I was supposed to be on liquid till the end of the month but surgeon saw me today and gave me the go ahead to move to advance in my diet! pureed stage now!

Wowwww I wishh well actually.. so I do attend church, im actually a sunday school teacher and I went to a wedding and talked to an old friend whose 18 and im 20 so we just talked but funny thing is I always said hi and we always hugged before but never really talked so on that wedding night we took a few pictures and talked and all of a sudden now we talk everyday and I would have never expected it .. still to early to see the future but ehh who knows!

So it's normal?? I should not worry unless it gets really bad?

Anybody have pain on the right side? Like a dull achy pain sometimes not always.. its right above my biggest incision?? Its not too bad but its like an annoying dull ache on right side

Hope everyone is okay! Today marks a week post op and I have no pain, and I walk about 30-45 minutes twice a day! And i drink 2 bottles of Water a day.. still having a bit of trouble getting down a whole protien shake through out the day, like they told me.. but I feel like there is just not enough time in the day!! And I have been eating the Soup part of Beans great iron! And protien! Took my first full shower today and washed my hair!! I feel great!

I want to eat soooo baddddddd like Im at Walmart right now & just dying to eat some mash potatoes or some tuna!! I can't wait to be on the pureed honestly.. this full liquid is making me sick of not being able to eat 😭😭😭😭

Hmm my left side has never been a problem, my right was a little iffy in the first few days, but I can honestly say I've gone two whole days with no pain at all.

It get better I promise!!! I sort of stopped doing the drinking every 15.. i either drink more in and hour or less and double up the next! Walking will help with gas and pain! I did not have bruises but can't wait till your better!!

It is! I think since I got mine done at Children's Hospital that might be why no dressing are there cause kids move around! So for all surgery's they use the glue
