Hi everyone, still here moving slowly along. Down to 165 from 229 sleeved July 30th. I’ve had a few stalls here and there but the inches keep moving so I’m trying not to focus on the numbers, because I feel GREAT!!! Hope everyone has a great New Year??

Hi everyone, I’m still here too. Slow and steady wins the race. Highest weight 251....surgery weight 228..... today weight 173... surgery date was July 31 down 78 total.... 55 since surgery!!!!!!!

Have you tried the protein water? Premier makes it, might be worth a shot

I’m eating a lot of salmon, great protein source

I stayed in the hospital 4 days, and came home 9 pounds lighter than when i got there

I found buffalo chicken pouch, just like the tuna pouches . I haven’t tried it yet but i have it

Okay! I wasn't sure If i should try to drink a whole one I usually drink half but with classes started I can take it to go I can it take me about 30 mins or so
