Hi just wondering how everyone is getting on now with cravings and portion sizes? Im 53 lbs down starting weight: 224 lbs current weight: 171 lbs

Im also 4 months post op, Iv lost 51 lbs. had a stall for about 2/3 weeks now. My hair loss is getting worse and I dread washing my hair. I can see a bit of re growth but very nervous.

Iv lost 25 lbs in 6 weeks. I did 3 weeks pre op and sleeved 8th June, hoping to get to a total of 28lbs off by the end of this month. Then praying for the average 10 lbs off a month. Starting weight: 224 lbs day of surgery: 210 lbs current: 199 lbs goal: 140 lbs

Hey I too have pcos and it’s very tough to loose weight but you have done amazing to loose 11 lbs in 3 weeks! When I get down about my weight loss not being quick enough I just think to myself when have I ever lost near to the amount I’m loosing now. The answer is Iv never managed more than 2 lb a week on any previous diet so my 10 lbs 2 weeks post op is amazing in reality.

I still have cramps had surgery on the 8th June. I too got a menstrual cycle right after surgery. I’m struggling getting fluids in. Having 600 mls nutritious fluids plus 1 litre of water. Sw: 224 sleve surgery: 210 cw: 202

Just checking in, had surgery yesterday gastric sleeve. Still in the hospital feeling a lot better already. Trying to sip water and milk but feels like it’s causing air bubbles,hard to explain. Weight before pre op :224 lbs weight on day of surgery: 210 lbs

I’m struggling so much as constantly feel exhausted and faint around 4pm. Iv cheated a few times and feel awful about it. I’m down 13 lbs. surgery’s on the 8th June, I now keep feeling like I need to panic eat things for the last time. 🙈
