  1. I’m 9 days out and all of mine peeled off and I wasn’t trying to peel them. I think it’s all about your skin on how the marks will look but I don’t know

  4. I was told by my doctor today that I could use soy, skim and almond milk for protein if the the protein powder was a lot. Has anyone tried Fairlife? It has 13g protein per cup.

  6. I got sleeved June 6th!! I’m feeling much better today!! Energy is slowly coming back!! I have to do 21 days of liquids. Can’t tolerate much but I stick to what is working.

  8. I had surgery June 6, 2018 and I was extremely miserable the first two days. But my husband took off work and made sure I got up to walk even if only for 2-3 minutes per hour. He bought any and every fluid that I thought may stay down. He never complained, nor made me feel like I was over exaggerating the pain. Yesterday we actually went on (two) 20-30 minute walks and I was able to keep all liquids down. He has been encouraging me and very good with our son. I see so many post about partners not being on board. That’s so awful and I wish they would just support the journey. I don’t know how I would’ve made through this without my husband. Team Work makes the Dream Work ??

  10. Anyone experience pain in their shoulder and body on the left side after procedure? I read it could be gas
  11. Attempting my vitamins for the first time post op. Fingers crossed to keeping them down.
  12. No I didn’t go I believe it was caused by my esophagus. But I’m able to keep a little more down
  13. I am able to keep Gatorade down finally. But my protein drinks are rough. I may try chicken broth. Good to know we are in this together
  14. I am feeling better today? hopefully I’ll gain energy Back by Monday
  15. I don’t have staples but I think it may have come from my esophagus. Especially since I could not hold any liquids down.

  17. Instantly it makes my stomach uncomfortable or I instantly have to go the the bathroom to vomit

  21. Yes I tried lots of different things. But I don’t feel Nauseous. I’m going to try Ice chips
