Vitamins during post op!

Attempting my vitamins for the first time post op. Fingers crossed to keeping them down.

I wish you the best of luck and add that I think you're very brave.

I'm still not confident enough to take normal vitamins. Normal being those giant horse-pill kind you swallow. Last week I learned that I can take a Tylenol caplet without discomfort, but for vitamins I still do SF gummies.

Gummies and sub-lingual is the way to go for awhile. It was for me.
