Was told I had to have these even though I quit smoking two years ago and have never had one in the three months I have seeing my doctor

I was not told i had to loose any weight but i have tried my best too. The insurance company is satisfied that i did i am 40 pounds down it is hard i wont even lie.

I have completed all requirements and i have my date for sleeve. June 27 can not get here fast enough. it has been a long 3 months.
