So part time I make deliveries for postmates. not that I need it it's just something to do. my last delivery was little Cesar's pizza. after the order was paid for the customer canceled their order therefore I get a free pizza by default. I had the sleeve done on April 25th and I've gone from 280 to 217 so far. long story short a slice of pizza battled it's way into my mouth. worst tummy discomfort I've had in a long while. needless to say I won't attempt that again any time soon. have you had a moment of weakness? if so what did you eat and how did it make you feel? Had the sleeve surgery on April 25th. I'm down to 238 from 277 clothes are falling off weather I want em to or not lol. I want boneless wings SOOOOOO bad. I'm contemplating going to watch the game but I know I'll have some. Dr still has me on the liquid diet. How long have you guys had to wait before returning to normal food ? My diet as instructed by the Dr. is 4-6 ounces of fluid ( water,soup broth, crystal light ) and 4tsp of liquid protein 3× a day. also sugar free jello or popsicles. problem is I'm always thirsty. I've upped it to 6 ounces but when I take the protein I'm told that's it for the hour. I try to get started early in the day but it never seems to stop me being thirsty.
