  2. guys i have hit the worlds longest stall (that’s what it feels like.) I have stayed at the same weight for weeks and it’s frustrating. I got my surgery on April 16th, and I have lost 30 pounds but I seem to be sticking. What should i change? any suggestions?

  5. My sleeve was on April 16th so I have just gotten to solid foods! I keep weirdly fluctuating in weight from 199-205, and i just keep going up and down. Is that normal? Is my scale being weird? Also, ladies, could it be my period? I just need to know so maybe I can change something.

  10. I had my first soda about two days ago, which is three weeks after surgery. I feel fine, but I know it’s not an everyday thing, it’s a once in a blue moon treat for me. It’s different for everyone, so I don’t know if you’ll be ready or not at 3 weeks, get in track with your body and see how it feels then try. But don’t make a habit out of it, only as a treat.

  14. after i eat like three bites or so, (i am on week 3, which is slowly transitioning me from mushy to solids) it gets stuck in my throat. this may be TMI and I am sorry, but everytime I burp I feel as if the food is stuck and starts coming up, then I swallow it again. it’s very annoying and it always happens, but i feel like i am not full. any remedies?

  16. I got my surgery on the 16th, and I am about in puréed foods. I am doing well on everything and I don’t eat anything bad, but every night for the past few nights I have been feeling sick like I am going to throw up. Is it because maybe I’m not getting enough water or protein? Or something else? I hate feeling like this. Some guidance would be appreciated!

  23. If you can, I would hold off. Not for any reason, but I would hate for you to get there and be told you can’t have the surgery because of your ink.
  24. Hi everyone I am new! I had my surgery on 4/16 and I am STARVING. I wish i had gotten the no hunger but I just feel miserable without being able to eat. Is there any remedy for this? Also, I am a worry wort, so when typically does the weight start to drop? I’m still at my surgery day weight. Last question- everytime I get up and try to do things like even walk to the car, I get winded, light headed and need to sit down. Is that normal? Thank you all!!
