  4. I know its an old thread but im feeling pretty proud right now I've managed to be down 48 whole pounds since the sleeve on 5/15 !
  5. They do not seem to be updating when i post.
  6. I had my surgery on the 15th and I am still not managing nearly enough water and i am barely getting down an ounce and a half of babyfood beans or peas. I am starting to worry that something is wrong i can't drink more than maybe 3 ounces of water without feeling super full and forget protein in the water I feel stuffed instantly. Some advice would be welcome.

  14. Congrats , you look beautiful.
  15. You are reaching the point where you should have had a BM naturally I would suggest you ask the surgeon's office and ask about it Monday and drink as much water as you can manage for now.
  16. I had some pretty bad pain for quite some time on the right side of my body near where my gallbladder used to be there was nothing that could be wrong there either so I just didn't let it bother me and eventually it faded out. I would say of you've had tests done and nothing seems to be wrong it will fade eventually. But if it affects your quality of life greatly instead of being annoying then speak with someone of course.
  17. I think as long as HR accepts your reasoning you don't owe an explanation to anyone that you don't want to. Just say you are having something corrected , thank them for their concern but you don't want to share anything past that , in whatever form you feel like is going to work in that conversation.
  18. he-he thanks the Lorax is my spirit animal I may as well be named Cassandra.
  19. Thank you guys very much , I have two days left ,the sick feeling from the drop in calories has faded since I started taking the b vitamins, I missed a small detail in ordering them before the liquid diet and was feeling very bad until I was able to start taking them. I am feeling healthy again and super nervous but excited for real progress after years of the diet / exercise treadmill I felt like I was trapped on.
  20. I am sorry , I had hellish periods after my gall bladder was removed but they lightened up over time hopefully this is the case for you. Everyone has a different body but this may make you feel better about later on.
  21. I had a similar experience with unflavored protein powder something about mixing one of the non lemonade ( this makes a bad aftertaste ) propell flavor sticks took it away , that may work for you.
  22. I am a little late but that is amazing sir.
