    Hi there! Creekimp13 is correct - sometimes there is a delay in the updating of your points balance on BariatricPal.com. I've reviewed your account and it does appear that you're receiving points appropriately.

    In case you want to check your earning history, you can go to the Rewards Page on the BariatricPal Store website. Just beneath "Follow us on Instagram" you'll see a "View Rewards History" link.

    Please let me know if you see a discrepancy or have any other issues and we'll get it all sorted out :-)
