I am almost a month out and I am getting discouraged...I lost 25 pounds, and while I think that is great and amazing and I should be happy, and I am...I have gained back a pound...I am so terrified I am going to fail but I am eating like I am supposed to and exercising...I don't know what I am doing wrong... -

I'm 5'1 and was sleeved on May 9th...Highest weight was 220, 210 day of surgery, currently at 206... I was also one of those girls that every one thought didn't need this...but I did...and I'm not looking back!! You're totally not alone!! -

My surgery was May 9th and it has been no where near as difficult as I thought it would be. I'm down 5 pounds already since Wednesday!! Y'all will do great!!
