  1. I'm exactly 2weeks post op today. I'm a super active person and though morbidly obese I still worked out pretty regularly and intensely. I guess I thought I'd come home from the hospital uncomfortable, but walking hours a day. Low and behold I tore my left ab muscle getting in the car wrong that first week home. I've been in more pain than I ever have! My dr. directed me to stay in the recliner with ice and heat as much as Possible. Now I'm losing my mind just sitting here waiting to heal! Ugh! I had planned on being over the pain and moving around long ago! But yes, I'd do it again in a heartbeat
  2. Hey everyone! I usually just lurk in the background and read up on everything. But I'm getting closer to surgery now and my old scale is on the fritz. I'd like to invest in a smart scale and ideally one that is somewhat accurate for body composition measurements. Anyone have any they'd recommend? Thanks!!
  3. I haven't had surgery yet, but after my second pregnancy my once thick and beautiful hair started disappearing. Look for hairstylists that can match a "topper" to the hair you have and bead it in. It's way less invasive than a wig and it makes me feel like it's my hair. Best yet, no one knows I don't have hair. So, that out of the way...this surgery will change our lives! There's many options for thin hair. Not so many that work for getting and staying thin! You can do it!
