Total of 76 pounds down!!! https://s.bariatricpal.com/uploads/monthly_2018_03/Feels so good to not have so much pain. I am no longer pre-diabetic, released from cardiac care, no more pain meds for my back. It’s not always the easiest ride but I don’t regret being sleeved one bit. Totally new relationship with food that I feel I had to sort of grieve the loss but it is getting easier to deal with.

I'm 10 months out and eat whatever I want. Not a lot but whatever. I don't deal with Pasta or rice very well though still. Down a 135lbs. 10 to go. No more meds of any type feel better than I have in years.
