  1. I bought Centrum adult chewable and Flintstone complete to see which I tolerate better.
  2. My team recommends the following as a baseline. Then depending on individual needs adds iron, b12, etc..

  13. I bought the syntrax nectar sampler on amazon. I did it so that i would have a variety and wouldnt get sick of one or two flavors. I also bought the unjury chicken soup protein powder as a savory option.

  19. Mine was overnight at a sleep center. I had to stop any caffeine by 4 pm, be there by 9pm, get my wires hooked up, be in bed by 11 and i was out around 6 am. Its not bad, just don't plan to get a good night sleep.
  20. @newmebithebypass My pre op diet is actually one of the easier ones ive seen. I get a protein shake for breakfast, protein bar for lunch, 3 oz of lean meat and salad with 1 serving of fat free dressing and 6 unsalted crackers, for dinner. I can have sugar free jello and popsicles in between if i get hungry. I start mine Aug 14th.
