Hi I am at 2 weeks today and it is ok to walk, surgeon told be to be careful of our hydration, so be careful with the exercise. He told me to have walks of 20 or 30 mins. twice or 3 times a day.

It depends on your cuts, is better to be sure they are ok and avoid infections

I was told the same, allow 6 weeks before lifting to avoid hernias and allow healing.
