  1. Has anyone had super Rosy flushed cheeks since surgery? I am a month out and my face gets so Rosy [emoji30]
  2. Thank you so much Still have not heard back i hate the waiting game
  3. Well had my one month post op. Everything went well but they were concerned about my leg soreness. Had to get an ultrasound done to check for DVT. Waiting on the results. Send all your good vibes please [emoji20]
  4. Amazing! I have my 1 month post op appointment today! I am excited! I should be moving to normal foods later this week! I can't exercise until 6 weeks out but I am looking forward to it!
  5. I haven't tried it but I can tolerate most things I'll give it a shot thanks [emoji4]
  6. Anyone else been pretty sore? U feel like I am lacking in the potassium department since my food if so limited. My legs always feel sore and fatigued. Just me?
  7. Yeah that is not normal! I hope they can give you some answers I'm sorry! Keep us updated! I hope it's just a fluke.
  8. I think you had surgery about the same time I did. 11/21 Have you been meeting fluid goals at all? has this been going on the whole time or just started?
  9. You poor thing. I am sorry you are struggling. I would definitely go see what is going on. You should be able to keep fluids down and getting dehydrated will only make it worse. Have you called your surgeon/office to let them know what is happening?
  10. Did anyone have migraines before surgery that got worse after? I think I experienced my first aura tonight. I am 3 week's post op. I had a rainbow sort of zig zag ring that was impairing my vision. It lasted about 30 mins but went away. However it scared the crap out of me. Has anyone experienced this? [emoji20]
  11. I have pretty bad pain close to one of my incisions. It doesn't hurt if I'm not moving, or stretching it feels fine. But damn sometimes when I use my abdominal muscles to get up, twist, or have something pushing on the area it hurts a lot! I have my one month appointment Tuesday and will be asking about it but it's very annoying. It's only my left side close to one of my larger incisions. The rest of my incisions feel great!
  12. Did you ever get any answers to you cramping?
  13. 18 days post op and still having major soreness in my 2 large incisions. One hurts when I basically do anything, bend, twist ect. The other is just a random sharp burning/pulling pain occasionally. I'm not sure if this is normal to still be having pain [emoji30] These are the 2 main incisions that we're sewn to muscle.
  14. Yeah same here! i am 12 days out haha same if i am sitting still all is fine but man it was definitely more intense than it had been. On of my friends said she had the same issue and was told its just cause your healing. All your nerves are healing which means you will feel more. hoping it doesnt last too long! Luckily Tylenol helps take the edge off
  15. Very common after surgery. Alot of people can't tolerate cold liquids. So room temperature/warm is better. Sometimes our tummy's are just brats [emoji23] Just gotta figure out what goes down best for you.
  16. Thank you. That is the first thing I checked and everything still looks completely normal. No redness, swelling, or drainage. Just pain when stretching, bending, or pushing on them. If I'm just sitting here I have no pain. I just got freaked out cause I woke up and it felt worse than it has. [emoji30]
  17. Hi guys. How long did your incision pain last? I was sleeved 11/21 I tried sleeping more flat last night that I have previously and ended up on my side a few times. This morning I woke up very sore. My 2 big incisions hurt a lot. I haven't taken pain meds in a few days but feel like I might need them today. Did I sleep wrong? How long did your incision pain last? Kind of worried.
  18. You're going to do great! You got this!
  19. Me too! I cannot wait haha! Been drooling over everything my husband has been eating ?
  20. The soup has saved my life. Such a good change from those sweet protein shakes.
  21. I am allowed to have cream soups as long as I strain them!
  22. Do you take a normal amount? Like what the bottle recommends?
  23. That is exactly what I was hoping for [emoji4]
  24. I am also going to take some miralax. Seems to not be moving along very well. has it caused any issues for you taking it?
