Oh!!! It was the most light hearted joke. She's the one i confided in when I decided to go for sleeve surgery. She's totally on my side. Surprising in a Doctor but I absolutely 💜 her.

I love to cook (part of my problem) and I'm thinking the time has come to break up with the recipe sites and FB pages that I follow. I wish I could send the Food network packing, but its part of a larger bundle in our cable. Time to find other things to focus on.

Of course you can get to 143! You lost 344 pounds...didn't you? And, honestly, did that seem possible all those years ago?
Orchids&Dragons is right. You've done awesome so far. While there's never a guarantee, you've proven that it's possible. Patience is your best friend.
