  1. I followed what the dr. said for the first week - hot cereals like cream of wheat, soups (blended or stuff taken out), lots of sugar free popsicles/jello. I had a hard time with the protein drinks (still do). Good luck to you on your surgery! The first two weeks are a challenge, but you'll be fine.
  2. Hi Ladies, I was also banded on 5/27 and have lost 24 lbs. I have started eating regular foods and think I may be over doing it. The dr. says I should only eat three meals at 4 oz. but I feel like I'm eating more because I am hungry. Was your band filled at your surgery? My dr. said mine is empty right now and my first fill isn't until 2 July. Are either of you hungry all the time?
