    This is hard

I’m a week out and have been struggling. I can’t keep anything down. I’m struggling with regret and a lot of second guessing myself.

    Approved Today

After bugging BCBS of IL and TeamCare, I was approved. My dr's office submitted everything last week on 4/3/18 and I was approved today! I am so overjoyed. Cannot wait to talk to my Dr's office and get this surgery scheduled. My son graduates from college on 5/12 so I'm going to wait until after his graduation to have it done. I cannot wait. I'm so thrilled! Literally feels like there is light at the end of the tunnel.

    Atlanta sleevers

Good so far. They are a little slow with getting the paperwork in. But, they are busy so i get it.

    Atlanta sleevers

Haven’t been sleeved yet, waiting on my date. Who are you using? I’m using Peachtree Bariatrics.

    Approved Today

Graduating from University of South Carolina. Broadcast Journalism Major. That's him in the center of the picture on my profile. He plays football for the Gamecocks. I can't stop grinning. LOL... I cannot wait to not have to be on insulin and hbp meds and these swollen legs.

    Telling family about surgery?

My mom is so supportive. My adult son is too. My husband doesn’t agree with my decision but he knows why I’m doing it.

    First Gain

From what I’ve read. More protein.
  11. So my dr's office finally submitted the paperwork to BCBS of IL yesterday, They said they received it, will do the medically review and then submit it to Team Care (hubby is a UPS'er) for approval. Hoping to have all of this done by May. Started the process in Nov. Over here sitting on pins and needles. With all of my co-morbidities, I'm beyond ready to use this tool to get some relief. Just excited and needed to get it off of my chest. I have told a few co-workers, but most just think I'm going out to have surgery on my legs for my venous reflux. I can't wait.

I’m having the sleeve as well.

    Submission Finally

Thank you. I just can't wait to feel good again. Seems like it has been so long. My insurance said it normally takes 15 days. Gonna keep myself occupied with other things.
  14. I’ve got venous stasis and lymph edema too. So painful.
