Lap Band Removal Today @ 3 - I’m sooo scared!

Thank you for responding. I will certainly post when I can. Just so scared[emoji22] -
After only 3 years today I will be departing from my lap Band. It’s certainly been an adventure however not being able to tolerate water, throwing up, pain, it’s critical for it to be removed. I’m so scared as I’m 3 yrs older now at 62 however 50 lbs lighter. Please share any pearls of wisdom as I’m shaking while writing this and cld use support! Thank you so much for reading.
