Hey all! So i called my doctor and was switched to a plant based Protein. Nobody told me theres lactose in protein so hoping this works! Today is my day 1 restarting! Wish me luck!

Dumping syndrome usually happens when taking in to much sugar, or more common with a bypass. Definitely try looking for a diffrent weight loss Dr and get another opinion, could be something else going on. I switched Dr's myself after 3 months of seeing my initial WLS, i much happier and have better support from my weight loss /family physician Dr. Goodluck to you😊
