I’m 6 weeks post op and still haven’t hit the gym, how do you find the energy, I’m still trying to adjust.. struggles real

I was told to wait whether I’m drinking water, eating a meal or a snack.. that I should wait an hour in between.. does that sound just about right for y’all?

I too was sleeved 2/26, I’ve lost 22 lbs and I’m happy with the results so far, still on soft Until I’m ready for the next phase.

I tried a few flavors, not a big fan.. 🤢

I’ve been at a stall, I’m having a challenging time trying to meet the well the water requirements and so I have hit a wall and since last Friday I’ve haven’t lost any more weight it’s been at a stall just wait for my body to catch up, Anybody out there in the same situation as I am and has surpassed this ordeal LOL

I’m at a stall too for the passed 1 week, I was sleeved on 2/26 and had lost 10 lbs at my post op visit on the 3/9 but the scale hasn’t budged..

My doctor did not recommend it either, every doctor is different. My surgery went well, I was sleeved 2/26

Can I ask you how you get that much protein and I’m struggling here I’m barely putting in 35 to 40 of protein and water at the same time I was sleeved 2/26 what about you any advice would help thanks
