Thanks for the message. It's good to know what to look forward to. I have surgery on the 19th. Having trouble sleeping. Hungry on the pre surgical diet. That's ok.

Hi, I finished the 6 month presurgical program at Lehigh Valley Hospital. I am waiting for a date. I have been obese all of my life and now I am struggling with diabetes, apnea, osteo arthritis. I had lost 25 lbs, but now I see it going back on. I have had a consult with Dr. Richard Boorse. My BMI is low and I freaked when I thought I might lose too much weight for approval by my insurance. Now I'm having the opposite problem, I can't control my eating.

I'm glad to see some others from Lehigh Valley on this board. I finished the six month program last week and am waiting for insurance approval. I don't know how long that will take. Pat in Dr. Boorse's office did not give me a date yet, though she did for some others in my group. I look forward to learning more. Henry
