6 months post Roux n Y surgery. Don't regret it, though I have had my moments of doubt - maybe some 'buyers regret' on occasion.
Highest weight was 118 kgs. Usually sat between 112 - 115kg. Day of surgery 110kg.
I am sitting at 83 kgs. It is post Christmas and I am struggling with making good choices. There has been more stress than I need to have but that is no excuse. I need to motivate.
Nonetheless I am grateful for this opportunity of surgery. Grateful to be rid of my diabetes and high cholesterol. I am off blood pressure tablets also , tho it is starting to 'play up' a little lately.
