Someone recommended the gas x strips that melt in your mouth and I have been using those. I don’t have any gas pain, and I think that is why. You should check them out.

Just got home yesterday from the hospital. Big ups and downs but I am so happy that it is done. I have to force myself to keep up with the new diet. I have zero hunger. The only pain that I have are from the wounds from surgery. I wish you all the best this month, but it is soooo much better. The weight is already melting off. HW: 350 SW: 326 CW: 316 GW: 220

March 6 here!! Starting preop diet today. I am more nervous about that than I am the surgery...
