  1. Hi! I would definately call your Dr. My post op was 1 week liquid, 1 week cream soups & puddings, 1 week soft mushies, 1 week pureed, soft meat and so on. I wouldn't do anything without contacting the Dr., but it's definately worth the effort.
  2. Has the band had any impact on your migraines or medications. I am scheduled for the band and am concerned about the nausea that accompanies my headaches. Does anyone take Axert or anything else from that family (Imitrex, Relpax, Zomig)?
  3. My understanding was that after you are off post surgery restrictions, you could eat whatever you wanted. Of course, you wouldn't lose weight, but if you were really hungry for bread or something, you could have it, if you had very small bites and amounts. I assumed the no white flour/bread and sugar was for losing weight and receiving proper nutrition. Is this correct? Or are there some things that are just impossible to eat even in small amounts?
