  1. Also banded on 3/25 and definitely not ready for any type of exercise like that - still in quite a bit of pain! Be careful!!!
  2. Thanks for all the feedback, everyone!!! Hugs to everyone - we can do this!! From reading other responses and looking at other threads, seems like my doctor's office is pretty conservative in terms of what we can eat for mushies... I was much less hungry on liquids also - but I guess that the natural progression of my appetite coming back is making the mushies not do much for me... Found out this morning - my first fill is April 30th!
  3. Was banded 3/25 - started mushies today - did not slip up on liquid stage at all - for mushie stage - my doctor has me eating 1 oz of mushies - 3x a day - with liquids and Carnation Instant Breakfast shakes in between - was RAVENOUSLY hungry today:eek: Also returned to work today - wondering if that has something to do with it too! Definitely ate more than 1 oz of mushies for dinner - just so hungry:frown: Anyone else going through the same right now? Happy to have found these boards!!! Stomach is also KILLING me today - basically have a sedentary job but was moving around a lot...
  4. Hi everyone! Just discovered this forum today and I love it! Wish I knew about it pre-surgery. Banded 3/25 - down 15.7 lbs since then (no pre-op diet). Start pureed/mushies tomorrow - excited but nervous! Also returning to work tomorrow - nervous about that because I have been EXHAUSTED and don't want to get overwhelmed. Waiting to get my first fill date from my doctor's office. Looking forward to chatting with everyone!:frown:
  5. :frown: I had my surgery two weeks ago and am beginning pureed protein stage tomorrow. I am down 15.7 lbs from surgery date (no pre-op diet) Anyone else scared of gaining? I know the reality is that I shouldn't, being that I am only adding 1 oz of pureed protein each meal, but the thought it just scaring me right now. I guess I'm hoping that I'm not the only one who's gone through this/felt this way...
  6. Hi Sharie! Just posted my intro too! I'm one week ahead of you - hang in there!! :frown:
  7. Hello Everyone! My name is Miki and I'm in the Ft Lauderdale area. I had my surgery two weeks ago today by Dr. Paul Wizman. I am down 15.7 lbs.
